What the Role Involves
Inspect, test, repair, and maintain vehicle fire suppression systems on heavy and off-road equipment
Service fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, alarms, and safety systems
Handle scheduled & emergency service calls on-site
Complete digital reports (iPad) with clear notes and recommendations
Work directly with customers – keep them informed and safe
Support inventory and maintain service readiness
Follow and promote strong safety practices every day
What You Bring
Experience with vehicle fire suppression systems (VFSS)
(strong asset)
Mechanical background (heavy equipment, automotive, or similar)
Basic electrical & troubleshooting skills
Comfortable reading schematics and manuals
Confident using iPads / mobile tech
Strong communication & customer-facing mindset
Valid driver’s license & clean abstract
Able to pass background & drug & alcohol testing
Physical & Site Requirements
Lift up to 50 lbs
Work in tight spaces & at heights on large equipment
Comfortable on uneven terrain and long site days
Sit/drive for extended periods
Pass ongoing site access testing (client requirement)
