What You’ll Do
Manage
multiple mechanical projects
(HVAC, piping, plumbing, refrigeration)
Keep schedules, budgets, and stakeholders aligned
Spot risks early and keep projects moving
Support
estimating, cost tracking, and change orders
Coordinate teams, subs, and materials seamlessly
Champion
safety and quality on every job
What You Bring
3–7+ years
in mechanical project coordination or PM work
Strong multitasking — you can
juggle projects without losing control
Solid knowledge of
mechanical systems
Experience with
budgets, schedules, and project tracking
Refrigeration experience
(rack, CO₂, ammonia) = strong asset
Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
