to hire the following positions in our Forma Steel facility.
Role:
Machine
Operator
- Slitter Area
- Trim Area
- Roll Former Area
Job Type:
Full-time
Shift:
6:00a.m.-2:30p.m Monday-Friday (day shift)
2:00p.m.-12:30am Monday-Thursday (afternoon shift)

As a Machine Operator
You Will:
Operate various steel
manufacturing equipment such as folder, shear, slitter.
Guide steel into the processing areas.
Operate machinery in a safe and efficient
manner.
Perform start up,
cleaning, and shut down procedures on production equipment.
Lift and move products throughout the assembly
and production process.
Complete any other work assigned by
supervisor/lead hand.
Abide with all Health and safety practices and
requirements.
Our Machine Operators
Have:
Ability to and/or experience operating
manufacturing equipment.
Safe work mindset and commitment to safety.
Ability to read and understand production
drawings.
Basic math skills and ability to read, write,
and verbally communicate in English.
Team mentality and ability to work well with
others.
Physical capability to perform their job safely
(push, pull lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time).
Capability of working in a manufacturing
environment.
