2026 Turnaround and Projects – HSAE Advisors

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor crews on HSE practices
  • Conduct hazard assessments, inspections, and incident investigations
  • Maintain safety documentation and corrective action logs
  • Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings
  • Maintain a strong field presence (85% of time)

Qualifications

  • NCSO designation (CRSP, CSP, or NEBOSH preferred)
  • 3–7 years of HSE experience in industrial or maintenance environments
  • CSTS 2020, Fall Protection (ideally ESC), and First Aid certifications
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol testing 

Working Conditions  

  • Able to and exposure to working at heights, in confined spaces and around noise and dust 
  • Working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Must be clean shaven 
  • Personal safety equipment will be required, e.g. steel-toed safety boots 

Physical Requirements  

  • Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs; occasionally lift items weighing more than 50 lbs. with assistance 
  • Stand or walk for long periods of time 
  • Use arms and hands to reach for, handle or manipulate objects 
  • Climb up and down ladders, scaffolds and other objects
